Join Sarah for her signature style workout with a class that will add functionality and elevation to your body! You will be activating the smaller muscles by working at a slower and controlled pace where you are encouraged to connect and work with a mindful workout technique so you can really feel the strengthening and toning develop. You will experience a mix of standing and mat-based exercises where functional training and pilates meet together, feeling sculpted arms, defined core, stronger leaner legs and a booty burn too!
