JD is an athletic/personal trainer, his passion is to help people get in shape while pushing beyond their body limitations and their mind's limits.

JD never promises his clients an easy class, but good results are there if they dedicate put the effort.

If you want a mild class - this class is NOT for you! 

In this class we will push limits, scream, shout, and laugh together and get the body we all thrive for!
