In this 60 minutes practice, you will intentionally be moving with your breath & taking time to create space in your body, all while building strength, endurance, & awareness both physically & mentally. This is an all-levels Asana practice that will include a combination of Dhyana (meditation) & Pranayama (breathwork)


Mychal V. Prieto has been a professional movement practitioner and coach for 10+ years with a background in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. He has been a student of Yoga since 2008, a teacher of Yoga since 2017, and an Inner Dimension TV instructor since 2018. Mychal has had the honor of training, coaching, and working with students from all walks of life. From Personally Training Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Banks, to Movement Directing for Nike and Adidas.
