Join our instructor Michele Soel for a 60 min Full Body, Core focused, High intensity, Low impact workout! Great for all levels of fitness. This experience will be on the grass, outdoors overlooking the ocean. Get ready to build your strength, increase your flexibility, mobility and muscular endurance while tightening and toning your entire body. 

The Lagree method is a slow paced, high intensity, low impact workout created to build your muscular endurance and stamina as well as improve your balance, core strength and target every muscle group in your body. 

In this unique experience, we are using microformers, the newest, most compact & versatile version in Lagree. Designed to build lean muscle & sculpt your physique while feeling uplifted & rejuvenated.

For best experience please arrive 15 min early to class and wear grippy socks or tennis shoes.
