About Yvette
As a native New Yorker, I learned to be strong, persistent, and focused and that’s exactly the energy I put into my classes. By combining traditional yoga flows and strength training, you will know the power of your mind and the strength of your body. I have been a student and teacher of yoga for over 2-decades certified 500+ hours in many modalities.
