She founded Theliber8Xperience to bring people together in wholesome ways that leave us feeling high on life. A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.

In this 60 minutes practice, you will intentionally be moving with your breath & taking time to create space in your body, all while building strength, endurance, & awareness both physically & mentally. This is an all-levels Asana practice that will include a combination of Dhyana (meditation) & Pranayama (breathwork)


Mychal V. Prieto has been a professional movement practitioner and coach for 10+ years with a background in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. He has been a student of Yoga since 2008, a teacher of Yoga since 2017, and an Inner Dimension TV instructor since 2018. Mychal has had the honor of training, coaching, and working with students from all walks of life. From Personally Training Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Banks, to Movement Directing for Nike and Adidas.

Power Yoga

Combine breath work, movement, and strong intention for a strong body and powerful mind. Expect to flow using body weight or hand weights for more resistance. Any level welcomed.

As a native New Yorker, I learned to be strong, persistent, and focused and that’s exactly the energy I put into my classes. By combining traditional yoga flows and strength training, you will know the power of your mind and the strength of your body. I have been a student and teacher of yoga for over 2-decades certified 500+ hours in many modalities.
