All Day Pass, Student Day Pass, and Couples Retreat reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If your reservation begins at 9:00 AM, cancellation must be made before 9:00 AM the day prior.

Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
