A heart-centered nervous system reset with Reiki. A gentle practice combining breath, movement, heart awareness, sound, and energy to regulate the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All Day Pass, Student Day Pass, and Couples Retreat reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If your reservation begins at 9:00 AM, cancellation must be made before 9:00 AM the day prior. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. By booking, you agree to these terms.
