About Your Hosts:

 

Katie Hutsel is a Reiki Master, Energy Intuitive, and Meditation Guide. She is also a board-certified Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner. She specializes in guiding others to reclaim their power and align back to their soul mission in life. 

 

Jon Hillstead is a Manifestation & Mindset Coach. Certified Master NLP Practitioner, Neurobreathwork Practitioner, 

TIME Technique Practitioner, Life and Success Coach, Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, and EFT Practitioner. He specializes in helping you reprogram your subconscious to live the life of your dreams. 

 

 

 

Important Information:

 

WHAT TO BRING: Bring an open heart, blanket, crystals, water, and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience. (Mats will be provided.)

 

• Don’t  eat for a few hours before class. 

 

• Dress warm in layers – Some get cold and some get hot during breathwork.

 

• Doors open at 6:45pm.  The event start time is 7:00 pm. Arrive a early to check in and get settled.

• Food available to order after. 

 

There will be a Breathwork waiver to sign at the door when you arrive.
