Help Raise Money & Awareness to help the Aminals through Yoga, Wellness and community
Saturday , July 15th, 12:00 - 5:00 pm
We cordially invite you to join us as we honor a special day dedicated to our beloved canine companions—DOGS. The breathtaking Rafi Lounge in Malibu, with its panoramic views of the majestic Pacific Ocean, will be the stage for this extraordinary event.
Organized by our esteemed Japanese Tea Ceremony Master and Yoga Stops Yulin Los Angeles representative, Rayko/Sorei Takahashi, our aim is to help find forever homes for dogs who have survived the horrific Dog Meat Trade in Southeast Asia.
Each year, over 10 million dogs and cats are brutally tortured and slaughtered in Southeast Asia for human consumption. This event not only aims to raise awareness within our community but also intends to gather funds in support of 'In Defense of Animals.' This organization has been tirelessly working to end the dog meat trade and cruelty against all animals since 1983.
We welcome you, your friends, and family members who are considering adopting an additional family member. These animals are in desperate need of love and care, and they are so deserving of your warm embrace.
Every detail of this occasion has been meticulously planned to honor our furry friends in the most remarkable way possible. We extend a warm invitation for you to participate in a unique yoga session, exclusively designed for the YOGA STOPS YULIN campaign by Rick Shugarman—a noble initiative aimed at raising awareness for this cause. For more information, please visit www.yogastopsyulin.com.
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of a rejuvenating sound bath meditation with Niaz Parvaresh, and enjoy the elegance and beauty of a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony, graciously conducted by the esteemed Japanese Tea Master, Rayko, also known as Sorei Takahashi. These activities are included in the $40 ticket price.
Through the practices of yoga, meditation, and the zen tea ceremony, we seek to elevate our vibrational energy. Our aim is to foster love, compassion, and peace for all of humanity, while alleviating the suffering of animals and the world at large.
Join us on Saturday, July 15th, from 2-5pm. 50% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to In Defense of Animals for direct support of the brave survivors of the Dog Meat Trade tragedy.
